World-Leading Facilities Delivering Fibers With Global Appeal
Rayonier’s performance fibers are in high demand around the globe. These fibers are produced in two facilities. Our Jesup, Ga., mill, which houses three fiber lines, and our Fernandina Beach, Fla., mill produce a combined total production of approximately 745,000 metric tons of high-value cellulose specialties and absorbent materials annually.
Jesup produces approximately 330,000 metric tons of high-purity cellulose specialties and 260,000 metric tons of absorbent materials each year. Our Fernandina Beach Mill exclusively produces high-value cellulose specialties fibers at a rate of approximately 155,000 metric tons per year.
To efficiently distribute our products as well as to receive raw materials, both facilities utilize on-site access to two major railways, and are located near I-95 and regional deep water ports.
